This site is the exclusive gateway for all admissions and competitive exams related to the Instituts Supérieurs des Professions Infirmières et Techniques de Santé (ISPITS). These prestigious public institutes offer free, three-year bachelor's degree programs (Licence Professionnelle) in nursing and health techniques under the LMD system, as well as specialized master's programs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to streamline and democratize access to high-quality health education in Morocco. We provide a transparent, efficient, and user-friendly digital environment where candidates can complete their online registration for the bachelor's entrance exam using their Massar code, National Identity Card (CNI), and date of birth. The platform ensures that every eligible candidate, regardless of their geographic location—from Rabat and Casablanca to Fes, Agadir, and Tangier—can participate in the selection process fairly and equitably.

Our History

The ISPITS network was established under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection to address the growing need for skilled healthcare professionals in Morocco. Over the years, these institutes have become pillars of health education, offering rigorous programs that combine theoretical knowledge with practical training. The digital portal ispits.sante.gov.ma was launched to modernize the admissions process, replacing paper-based systems with a centralized online platform. For the 2026-2027 academic year, the portal manages the entire cycle—from pre-registration (using baccalaureate years 2024 or 2025) to result announcements—for both bachelor's and master's programs. In 2026, the bachelor's cycle offered 8,600 seats with written exams in September, while the master's cycle provided 690 seats across five specialties including oncology, emergency medicine, and health management. The platform continues to evolve, ensuring that Morocco's future health professionals have a seamless and equitable pathway to their careers.
