  • Academic information: Baccalaureate stream, year of graduation (limited to 2024 or 2025 for the 2026-2027 cycle), baccalaureate scores, and any prior academic records required for pre-selection.
  • Account credentials: Login details used to access the portal, including your Massar code and password.
  • Communication data: Any messages you send to us via the contact form or email at [email protected].

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This is done through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Processing applications: To manage your registration for the bachelor's entrance exam or master's programs, including pre-selection based on baccalaureate scores (25% regional + 75% national), scheduling written exams, and conducting eligibility interviews.
  • Communication: To send you important updates about deadlines (e.g., August 1 to August 15 for the 2025/2026 cycle), exam dates (e.g., written exams around September), results announcements, and other administrative notifications.
  • Improving the Site: To analyze usage patterns, enhance user experience, and ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requests in Morocco.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making beyond the pre-selection algorithm based on baccalaureate scores, which is a standard part of the admission process.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your personal information with:

  • ISPITS institutes: The individual Instituts Supérieurs des Professions Infirmières et Techniques de Santé across cities such as Rabat, Casablanca, Fes, Agadir, and Tangier, for the purpose of processing applications and conducting interviews.
  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us with hosting, data analysis, email delivery, and other technical services, provided they agree to keep your information confidential.
  • Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Ministry, users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and collect usage data. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use the following types:

For example, application data for the 2026-2027 academic year will be retained for the duration of the admission cycle and then archived for a period of up to five years for audit and legal purposes. After that, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

  • Rectification: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
